Keith G. Prosser President / Director / Partner / Broker
Mr. Prosser is the President of the Corporation and additionally is the President of Sterling Bridge.

Mr. Prosser is a licensed mortgage broker in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, and a director of several Mortgage Investment Corporations operating in the Province of Alberta. He has been a director of three publicly traded companies on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Prosser is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals.

Prior to becoming active in the commercial mortgage lending business, Mr. Prosser spent approximately twenty years in the financial services industry, having held senior positions with two Schedule I Canadian banks. He was also an Investment Advisor for a short period of time with a Calgary based boutique brokerage firm.

Chris Hudson Vice President of Commercial Lending
As Vice-President, Commercial Lending, Mr. Hudson is responsible for building the Sterling Bridge mortgage portfolio in Western Canada. The portfolio focuses on land banking, mezzanine/subordinate debt, land development, and infrastructure loans.

Mr. Hudson has over ten years of experience in the mortgage financing industry. Past positions include Assistant Vice President for a national trust company and Regional Manager for CMHC, where he specialized in multi-family construction and term loan underwriting.

Frank McGinn FICB Senior Underwriter
Frank’s skill at underwriting and formulating credit facilities for borrowers was developed over 20 years with Canadian financial institutions and is backed by a solid understanding of client and market needs and a logical approach to lending. He is a strong communicator with a superior ability to look at alternative financing solutions.

Frank holds a Fellows Designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers and the Management Development Program from University of Calgary. His areas of expertise include all facets of industrial-commercial lending. Mr. McGinn is a licensed Mortgage Associate

Alison Afaganis Senior Underwriter
Ms. Afaganis brings over 8 years of commercial mortgage underwriting experience to Sterling Bridge Mortgage Corp. She has expertise in both underwriting loan submissions and funding approved loans for all types of commercial transactions. Ms. Afaganis has strong and long-standing relationships within the real estate industry, developed through her years of working as a senior underwriter for national mortgage brokerage firms.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Ms. Afaganis worked at a mid-size law firm in Calgary as a legal assistant. Ms. Afaganis is licensed by The Alberta Real Estate Association as a Mortgage Associate.
